1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TechShala. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TechShala website, services, and events operated by TechShala, a student-led technical committee at Vidyalankar Polytechnic, Mumbai.
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including students, faculty, and external participants.

3. User Accounts
Account Registration

- •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- •One person may maintain only one account
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Registration & Attendance
- •Event registration is subject to availability and eligibility requirements
- •Registration confirmations will be sent via email
- •We reserve the right to approve or reject registrations
- •Registered participants must attend events they sign up for
Cancellation & Refunds
- •Most TechShala events are free of charge
- •For paid events, refund policies will be specified at the time of registration
- •We may cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances
Photography & Media
By participating in TechShala events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.

All content on the TechShala website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TechShala or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
- •You retain ownership of content you create (projects, code, presentations)
- •By submitting content, you grant TechShala a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share such content for educational and promotional purposes
- •You warrant that your submissions do not infringe on third-party rights
